Leadership
Philip Thomson is a recognised specialist in the design and delivery of food manufacturing facilities, with extensive experience across the food and drink sector.
He has been instrumental in shaping Atom TPM’s approach to factory design, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of production processes and industry requirements.
Philip remains actively involved in projects, providing strategic oversight and practical input to ensure that each solution is both efficient and aligned with client objectives.
Scott Ritchie brings extensive experience in project management within the food and drink manufacturing sector, having worked across a wide range of operational and strategic projects throughout the UK.
With a strong background in delivering complex manufacturing and production environments, Scott combines practical industry knowledge with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
As Director at Atom TPM, Scott works closely with clients and project teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, effectively and in line with operational and commercial objectives.
